When will my order ship?

All orders placed during our June 1 launch will be handmade to order and begin shipping on and after June 15.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across New Zealand, Australia Canada, the U.S., and select international locations within Europe. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive in:

• NZ: 2–5 business days
• Australia: 5–10 business days
• Canada/U.S.: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is handmade to order, we currently do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at customerservice@infinitybeads.nz — we’ll make it right.

Can I request custom sizing or personalization?
